Have you ever been teased at school? For sure, some will answer this question positively. Schoolchildren show cruelty to those who differ from other people in their thoughts and feelings or body. However, what to do if the whole city considers you to be just a stupid child, not worthy of the attention of others. They don't take you seriously. This is what the new cartoon is about. The story takes place in the 60s of the twentieth century. A hardworking innkeeper tries his best to give his child everything he can for his upbringing and education. But no one takes the guy seriously. Every person in the town of Siegheilkirchen calls an unhappy child a "Snotty Boy." The little hero himself is trying to protest against the restriction of the minds of the townspeople. He tries to make everyone understand what is really going on in his mind. And the guy manages to give vent to his feelings. He has a talent for drawing. What will the main character's attempts bring?
