Against the Ice (2022)

Einar lives in the small settlement from where the Danish expedition moved off in searches of Greenland. In 1909, unfortunately, these children were gone. Now it was impossible to find records which remained at them at the time of the travel. The main character long time practiced trips to a long distance. But never fought against cold. Partners and volunteers are necessary for it to move off in searches of the expedition which lost a way. He is sure that they kept quite important letters, they will need to be used for human history. But the situation is aggravated with further position of the man. It practically does not have options to find the suitable company for a travel.

Unexpectedly ordinary mechanic Iversen agrees to this quite dangerous and artful way. People around try to stop the main characters as they can die in this road. However Einar trusts and knows that he will manage to reach the place located on the card, and later to return on the vessel and to get home. On the way, using sledge, they did not suspect that soon cold will overcome their organism. At them wounds standing as they freezed extremities began to develop. However characters are not going to come back, and are ready to offer even life if only to find the died expedition.
