To areas many years holds a position of the elder of the small Indian village where there live not so many people, and most of inhabitants is engaged in fishing to support the families. The man rather tremblingly carries out a role of the head of the settlement, he knows that a lot of things depend on it and it has to try to provide to inhabitants comfortable living conditions. The elder often worked for the good of people, but sometimes made mistakes from which suffered a certain part of the population. And this time he decided to block shipyard, this action will strongly complicate work to fishermen, they instantly to lose work and will remain without means of support, so more they have nothing to be engaged.

Aas, the son of one of the rural fisherman, he from poor family and belongs to the lowest caste which is not allowing it to break through in life. He was fated to fall in love with the beauty the daughter Rayanam which was so good and lovely, and could not but cause pleasant emotions in men.
