Om Shanti Om (2007)

Seventieth years of the twentieth century, Bombay. Ohm Makhiya and his old friend the Father want to become the famous actors to live, without refusing to themselves anything. In the large megalopolis it is difficult to survive without money therefore friends do not refuse bit parts. Naturally, do not pay for participation in a mass meeting, however for want of something better much... Once long ago, native mother Oma often acted in at film, the truth she got the minor, not memorable roles. The woman convinces own offspring not to despair and wait for the chance. 

Sooner or later, according to mother, he will become the main acting character of some successful movie. In love with a talented, rising star of Bollywood of Shanti, Makhiya hopes to subdue the Indian cinema in the nearest future to be closer to an adoration object. Once, during shootings of the next project there was a strong fire. Without thinking twice, the guy in love rushes to a thick of events, saving Shanti. The self-sacrificing act did not remain unnoticed by the grateful girl who is glad to timely appearance of the savior. Between young people the friendly relations capable to develop into something bigger were entered.
