The Tomorrow War (2021)

The action of the film takes place at the end of 2022, at the very time when the World Cup final was held, a team of young warriors entered the stadium field. They declare to the witnesses of what is happening that they came from the future, and in their time there is a fierce battle with extraterrestrial civilizations trying to conquer all life on this planet. The battle is incredibly difficult for humanity and perhaps they will lose it and then all people will die instantly, they urgently need to find a solution to save their lives. Scientists have been trying for a long time to find an effective way to combat this scourge and found only one way out, to create a time machine to assemble an army of special soldiers and able to spend only a week in the future, and then return home or die.

Dan Forester was drafted into the war in the future, in the past he was a soldier in Iraq and went through a difficult path, but now he was an ordinary college teacher. The main dream of a man is to do scientific research and make a special contribution to the future. The conscript's wife decides to suggest that he go around the order and remove the electronic nozzle attached to his arm to avoid getting into a war with alien enemies. A man goes to his father to remove a high-tech object, but because of the insults they have to fight a lot, which brings the main character to a state of rage and he goes to the war of the future. During the throw, his team dies, and he miraculously remains alive, but ends up in the hospital, where he meets his daughter, already an adult woman with the rank of lieutenant colonel.
