John Wick (2014)

John Wick in the recent past was an unsurpassed hired killer, a true professional in his illegal business. The specialist has several dozen victims killed in different parts of the globe. Since recently, he has quit, and now he is trying to lead a normal lifestyle typical of ordinary citizens. The main character with great difficulty survived the premature death of his own wife, whom he sincerely loved with all his heart. The only joy for John is a small puppy, which he acquired after the death of his wife in order to somehow cope with the pain of loss.

One day an unpleasant event occurred that forced him to take up arms again and resort to violent actions. Several people, representatives of the Russian crime syndicate, offered an experienced killer to sell his retro Mustang car. Wick, who was not going to part with a rare car, refused a financially tempting offer. Offended intruders, having traced where the offender lives, broke into his mansion at night. It is not known what would have happened if they had stolen just a vehicle, but the criminals brutally killed the man's pet...
