The Photograph (2020)

Hurricane Kathrin caused a lot of problems to the residents of the United States, it was an incredible tragedy that destroyed cities and claimed the lives of innocent people. The mother of the main character tried to capture those harsh days for Americans, they conveyed the experiences of the victims as accurately as possible, was able to see with her own eyes how destructive nature can become for humanity in just a few hours. May wanted to share her mother's work with others, so she arranged a personal exhibition of her photographs.

During the exhibition, the girl meets a young journalist Michael, he is preparing his own report on the victims of this hurricane. They quickly find a common language, so the relationship between them is quite strong and trusting. At the same moment, the story of the past is narrated, where May's mother meets a young man who later became the biological parent of the main character. Two different stories will lead to one common end, possibly sad for both sides.
